Albanian Origins Return Policy

Our Commitment

At Albanian Origins, every item is created on demand to honor heritage, identity, and craftsmanship. Because each product is custom‑made specifically for your order, our return policy is designed to protect the integrity of our production process while ensuring fairness to our customers.

Made‑to‑Order Products

All Albanian Origins products are printed individually for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

Wrong size ordered
Wrong color ordered
Change of mind
Disliking the fit, feel, or design

We encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we stand behind our craftsmanship.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Issues Not Covered

Because our products are produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Delivery delays caused by the carrier
Minor color variations due to screen differences
Minor print placement variations inherent to print‑on‑demand production

These variations are normal characteristics of custom‑printed apparel.

Returns

Albanian Origins does not accept physical returns. If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped automatically — no need to send anything back.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return or cancellation request directly from your account by visiting your order history.

Once your withdrawal request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. For print-on-demand items, we do not require you to return the item. If your item arrived defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized or custom-made products where production has already begun.
